1. Does ChIPOTle work with any genome? Yes, the name of array elements and their coordinates, chromosome or regions need to be inputted before running.

2. Does ChIPOTle work with Excel for the Mac? Unkown, please tell me if you try it.

3. What versions of Exel will ChIPOTle work with? It has been tested with Excel 2002 and 2003.
