CLASS INFORMATION
The classroom portion of Biol 691/692 has three main goals:
- to help you to develop professional skills that are useful in writing your honors thesis and giving your honors symposium presentation
- to have you interact as a community of scholars, and learn to present research and its significance in general terms that will be understood and appreciated by biologists from diverse fields
- to keep you on schedule and help you to achieve the highest honors level possible
The class will meet each Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 pm in 209 Stone Center. Each meeting will be on a tight schedule, so please respect your peers and instructors by coming on time. You are responsible for completing assignments and coming to class prepared as described on the class schedule.
